digital integration

Because we know everything about integration. What does AI, growth, and data you can trust have in common?

Same as lower costs, new products and more satisfied customers:

That your systems can communicate with each other.

All modern organizations are driven forward by their systems. But only if they are connected in the right way.

To be able to implement AI, to grow, to be efficient, to understand and help customers, comply with laws and regulations, and to save money and time, they must be able to communicate with each other.

The problem is that systems are rarely made to talk to each other or that they are speaking different languages. That's what we solve. We connect them. That's Digital Integration.

Many see Digital Integration as something you solve with tooling, with lines of code, with data storage, with servers in racks. We don't.

We see it as a product of its own which is designed and created for your needs which is taken responsibility for, is maintained and which grows together with the rest of your organization.

What we do

How? We are Europe's most skilled specialists in digital integration.

We work with integration on three levels. Most organisations are stuck on level 1 and either haven't realised there are two levels above it, or haven't had the help they need to take the next step.

Our mission is to see where you are, what you need to move forward, and to help you get there.

01

Operational Integration

The foundational level. The benefits and gains are clear: two or more systems start agreeing with each other, share information, and you stop doing the same thing multiple times or performing unnecessary steps. A team of service technicians who, instead of spending an hour every day on invoicing, calling around, and consolidating time spent across different projects, can be out helping customers. Or a sales department that no longer has to manually enter the same customer into their ERP, CRM, and marketing tools and therefore doesn't end up typing almost-correct data into three different systems.

Value Integration

At the next level, integration creates more and better business. Interconnected systems allow new questions to be answered and new decisions to be made, while execution is already built into the process. An e-commerce business that also has physical stores with Point of Sales gets a complete picture with demand, ordering, and delivery in a single, seamless flow. Or a food producer who can monitor potential defects from the delivery of raw materials early in the process to prevent downstream production from suffering delays or errors.

Strategic Integration

Now integration is part of the product. Instead of selling manufacturing machines, you sell production capacity. Instead of cranes and cargo space, you sell tons shipped. A network of collaborating systems creates entirely new strategic opportunities around products, services, pricing, and market offerings. This is where it starts to get really interesting.

Our philosophy

We start at the business value and work our way backwards.

What do you want to achieve? What's standing in the way? How are you going to get there? The technical solution is a consequence of what you want to achieve, not the other way around.

We have built our own integration platform, Interstate Platform, which we use with most of our clients because it meets our high standards for functionality, uptime and precision.

But both we and our platform are also pragmatic.

If you already have tools in place like MuleSoft, Workato, n8n, Microsoft Integration Services or any of the other solutions on the market, we will adapt. Because the most important thing for us is to solve your problems and grow your business.

A hard-earned truth:

The hardest part of integration comes after the launch.

That's why we built our platform to be reliable, to make complex things easy to understand and maintain, and to have the performance to scale, grow, and expand.

Does it sound interesting?

Let's talk about integrations!

Whether you're sitting with an integration question that looks like connecting systems at level 1, or you'd like to discuss a strategic question at level 3, we'd love to hear from you!
